Let's Chart It and Copy It on Paper!
Funded Sep 21, 2023I am writing to express our sincerest gratitude for the generous donation of chart paper and copy paper to our elementary classroom. Your support has had a significant impact on our learning environment, and I am excited to share how we have utilized this valuable resource.
Since receiving the chart paper, it has become an essential tool in our daily classroom activities. We have used it for a wide range of purposes, from brainstorming ideas during group discussions to displaying student work and creating visual aids for lessons. The versatility of the chart paper has allowed us to enhance our teaching methods and engage our students in new and creative ways.
One of the most impactful uses of the chart paper has been during collaborative learning activities. By providing each group of students with a sheet of chart paper, we have been able to facilitate group discussions and encourage students to share their ideas and work together to solve problems. The chart paper serves as a tangible space for students to visualize their thoughts and collaborate on projects, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie in the classroom.
Additionally, the chart and copy paper has been instrumental in supporting our students' learning across various subjects. Whether it's creating graphic organizers to organize information in science class or practicing math problems through interactive group activities, the chart paper has provided a hands-on learning experience that has resonated with our students.
Overall, the chart paper has become an invaluable resource in our classroom, enhancing our teaching methods and creating an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. We are truly grateful for your generosity and support, and we look forward to continuing to utilize this resource to enrich the learning experiences of our students.
Thank you once again for your kindness and generosity.”

Funded Oct 24, 2023On behalf of my classroom, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of Snap Circuit activities to our elementary classroom. Your support means the world to us, and we are truly grateful for your commitment to enhancing the educational experience of our students.
The Snap Circuit activities have already proven to be a valuable addition to our curriculum. Not only do they engage our students in hands-on learning experiences, but they also spark their curiosity and foster a deeper understanding of fundamental concepts in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Watching our students collaborate, problem-solve, and innovate while working with the Snap Circuit activities has been truly inspiring.
Your donation has had a significant impact on our classroom and has provided our students with opportunities for experiential learning that will benefit them far beyond their elementary school years. By supporting STEM education in our school, you are helping to shape the future of our students and empowering them to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams.
Once again, thank you for your generosity and support. We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future. Your commitment to education is making a difference in the lives of our students, and we are honored to have you as a part of our school community.”

Funded Aug 31, 2023Thank you so much for supplying our classroom with a color printer. We have been able to print color-coded task cards and vocabulary cards with vibrant pictures. Most recently my students have begun printing their writing pieces. They researched about an animal and as they typed their work they were so excited to include color text and find interesting pictures of their animal because they knew printing in color would be visually pleasing.
There are so many more projects our class will benefit from by having the color printer and we look forward to more creations.”

Funded Apr 6, 2023Thank you so much for all the items in the "Pencils Have Erasers Because No One Is Perfect" project. Everything has come at the perfect time! My students had plenty of pencils to complete their NYS ELA and Math exams recently. We have been very busy checking work with all the gel pens and it's amazing how excited students get when choosing a color.
Now we are busy using the paper to create Mother's Day projects. In math we are creating decimal spin circles on paper and the students write many numbers in decimal form so they can practice reading decimals correctly on their own or with a partner. We are laminating them so they will last longer.
Thank you so much again for all the much needed supplies! My students and I are truly grateful.”

Funded Mar 30, 2023Thank you so much for funding our project "Reading Books for Our Classroom Library". The books are amazing and such a wonderful addition to our outdated library. Many of the books are series that focus on a variety of topic, a few are science topics and are graphic novels as well. I'm not sure if you know, but children LOVE graphic novel these days. They are very similar to comic books, but are more lengthy like a novel.
There is nothing better than cracking open a new book, and my students have been diving in to these books, reading them during lunch time, at home, and yes they have even been caught reading while I'm teaching other subjects. One girl even snuck a book to the bathroom because she just had to finish it.
So, thank you again for contributing towards my project and for helping these children escape to another world through the magic of books!”

Funded Apr 20, 2023We recently received the "Math is All About the Numbers" products and my students and I were beyond thrilled. Actually, I think I might have been more excited than them. Pulling out all the math game boxes, the partition boards for testing privacy, and the magnetic folder holders to use on the board and seeing my student's reactions was absolutely priceless. It was like we won the lottery! I had a few helpers to sort the game pieces for each math game and they were in awe of how colorful, interesting, and kid friendly they were.
The math games couldn't have come at a more perfect time, right before our state math exams. We used the file folder games to review all the topics we have learned so far throughout the year. Most students worked with a partner or in a small group to learn the different games. Each day I have kids begging to play the games which makes me so happy. These games promote learning in a fun and interactive way so the more they play them, the more they learn, and reinforce their math skills. For example, we learned about decimals this past week and the games chosen this week were related to decimals. The beauty of these games is they can be played individually and they are self checking.
Moving forward I am looking to get more of these file folders games for Reading and Writing for my students next year since they were such a huge hit. I feel they will truly benefit from them and they will enhance our reading program.”
