My student athletes live in the urban neighborhoods of Phoenix. Over 70% of my student athletes qualify for free or reduced lunch and breakfast at school. My student athletes do their best to be competitive in both the classroom and on the playing field, but often times struggle to be competitive due to lack of opportunities to play year round and/or the ability to purchase training equipment. My student athletes love to participate in team sports. Many of our student athletes compete in 2 or 3 sports during the school year. My student athletes use the life lessons learned through team sports to help them achieve success in other areas of their life. My student athletes are deserving of the very best equipment, support and encouragement to compete with schools in the area that may not suffer the same financial hardships as they do.
