Many of my kiddos have special needs and require differentiated instruction. The items we are in need of will allow us to incorporate flexible seating.
Flexible seating is very beneficial for all students, especially my active learners. It allows them a choice instead of always being told where to sit. Flexible seating is more comfortable, which allows students to focus for longer time periods. This leads to higher academic achievement. Students are less disruptive and are able to burn off energy throughout the day.
Flexible seating allows for more collaboration and empowers kids to think about how they work best.
