My students are comprised of 13-15 year old students who range from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. RP Middle School has the largest middle school student body size in the Danbury School District. Racial makeup is: Hispanic (47.2%), White (37.2%), Asian (6.7%). 56.8% of students are receiving a free or discounted lunch. This is the highest percentage in the Danbury School District. They are typical middle schoolers. My students are interested in technology, and are very social. They enjoy the opportunity to experience learning outside of the normal classroom setting, and with projects that are related to the real world.
