My school is a small, rural community school with grades 4K-8th grades and is about 100% poverty. All my students have a documented disability and an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with specific goals to master. This coming 2016-2017 school year will be my sixth year at the school, which means I will have had some of the students going on six years. They are all smart in their own way!
