  • Hilarious Chapter Book That All Students Love

    Thank you so much for your donation. I had a handful of the "My Weird School" books in my class series and the students flew right through them. Adding all these extra books in a complete set box really got them excited. They were all signed out of my library the first day I put them on the shelf.

    The students that these books affect the most are the ones that don't like to read too much. The main character in these books is named AJ. Every single chapter book starts off with. "My name is AJ, and I hate school". The kids who "don't like reading" too much think its hilarious and can't put the books down.

    Thank you for helping me bring these funny books into the lives of my students. It is greatly appreciated.”

I put book labels with pictures on the front of my chapter book baskets of the characters so my students can learn a little about the series before they select a book. I work in a very diverse area and I wanted to add more diversity to my library. Now, when they see the book baskets, they see more book characters that are diverse. Thank you again!! It's not easy for a teacher to buy all of their own supplies. Your donation will go a long way for many years. It has been enjoyable watching my students grab these books and I hope it brings a smile to your face.”

We use manipulatives in math all the time and love hands-on learning. Our class is one big family that loves working together to learn new things.
