Communication and Connections are the Key

All of the items donated have been extremely useful in giving the kids more hands on access to social skills. The books that we've read in small groups so far have helped to foster turn taking, patience and in a few classrooms, scenarios where my students use their AAC device or their words to express their feelings.

I cannot express the gratitude that I have for the ability to provide the students with more literature about how we feel and how we act in social situations. It has been amazing to see their progress so far and I thank you for helping me be able to give that to them!”
