• Best Seat in the House!

  My students absolutely love the new chairs and carpet! In my classroom, there are several students who have difficulty paying attention when they sit in the same spot for too long. The chairs and carpet give them the opportunity to sit in a more comfortable space while focusing on their work. I have noticed a big difference in their behavior and work since creating this new space in the classroom for them.

  When they came into the classroom and saw the new space, their faces lit up! They immediately jumped at the chance to sit in the new space. "These are so comfy!" "I love this new setup!" These are a few of the things I heard them say and I couldn't be have been happier. I hope to be able to provide my students with additional seating opportunities with future projects. Thank you so much!”

• BOOM Time! Engage My Students!

  These resources have become such a valuable part of our daily instruction. These different sets of BOOM cards that were purchased with the gift cards allows students to work on skills that they are learning. They have a blast playing these BOOM cards while simultaneously learning at the same time. Each day, the kids' favorite part is when we tell them they can play BOOM cards for a bit.

  When we first introduced the students to these cards, it was "love at first sight!" The fast pace of these learning games is exactly what we, as educators, need to keep them fully engaged throughout the day!

  Since the students love them so much, I hope to be able to ask for more Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards so I can utilize them even more in my classroom. Thank you so much for your continued support of my students!”

• Snacks for Success!

  You have no idea how much your generosity have inspired my students to work harder in the classroom. My students often come to school without lunch or snacks. Your donations helped purchase snacks for them! Now when they are hungry they are able to grab a snack from the bin.

  When we opened the boxes, the students were the most excited I have ever seen! They were digging through the boxes and were in awe of all the snacks and that strangers donated to them! It was the best day of the school year. I want to thank you for taking time to look on Donors Choose and then to choose us to donate too. You have made the best difference. • Remote Learning Supplies for Littles

  Your generosity allowed me to create bags of supplies for my students to use during their remote learning time. I was able to provide them with notebooks, pencils, crayons, dry erase boards and markers, construction paper and glue. The look on their faces was the absolute best! They were ecstatic to receive these supplies to help them with their learning at home. They were able to use the supplies for math activities as well as creating a science book on frogs. Although the supplies were for students to use at home, they are also able to use their supplies in the classroom this year to advance their learning. I can't thank you enough for all of your donations!”

• Engaging Students With "Boom Time"

  These resources have become such a vital part of our daily instruction. My students are fully remote so they miss out on a lot of social aspects of in person learning. The boom cards that I purchased with the gift card allowed students the opportunity to communicate with one another while being engaged in learning. They love playing at the same time as other students!

  My students love getting a new set of boom cards. They are so excited each time I tell them that I purchased a new set of cards with your help.

  I have noticed how much these cards have helped my students, both academically and socially, so I would love to ask for additional gift cards to help them be successful in their learning. Thank you so much for your generosity.”

• Help Me Interact "Easely" With My Students

  We are so overwhelmed with all of the generosity and kindness you have shown to me and my students. The transition to remote learning has not been easy. Seeing a little bit of our classroom "home" during zoom lessons has helped tremendously. My students love seeing me solve our math problems on dry erase easel. It is a great change from trying to solve problems on a computer screen.

  When my students saw the new easel on zoom, they were so excited! They can't wait to be able to return to school to see it first-hand. My students love being able to work problems out on the easel and be the teacher! We are so thankful to have people like you supporting us! Your kindness does not go unnoticed. • Tools and Supplies Make Everything Better!

  We cannot thank you enough for donating these amazing supplies to our classroom. We were able to make small bags with supplies for each student to take home to help them learn remotely. The small bags were perfect for our math tools, pencils, and markers. We have used the magnetic math tools on zoom as well. It is so helpful for the students to see a little bit of the classroom during remote learning.

  The students and their parents were thrilled to be able to pick up a few supplies from school to make learning at home much easier. My students use their bag of supplies each day!

  We will be using the fraction tiles in our next math unit. I know the students will love to see me use these during our lessons! Thank you so much for thinking of us and making remote learning engaging and fun!”

• Wobble and Learn!!

  My students absolutely love the wobble stools! In my classroom, there are several students who have difficulty paying attention when they sit for too long. These stools give them the opportunity to move while focusing on their work. I have noticed a big difference in their behavior and work since using the stools.

• Tools for Success!

  My students were so excited to open the package from donors choose with all the new supplies inside! They were most excited to see dry erase boards, markers, and erasers! They use these multiple times a day. My students have really enjoyed using the boards to show their thinking in small groups, work out problems independently, and even present their work to classmates. I also use these boards as a quick way to assess my students while they are working.

  We have also loved using our new ink and colorful paper to show our thinking around the classroom. Something about colorful paper makes students want to learn! They are so eager to use all of their new supplies to show their math and science work. I love to see the look on their faces when I ask them to take their boards and markers out.

  We cannot thank you enough for your generous donation to our classroom. You have put smiles on the faces of 60 kids! They come in everyday excited about learning and it really makes my day. Thank you so much!”
