Bringing Coding to Bronx Classroom

My students have been absolutely thrilled to dive into coding and create real-world projects they can see and interact with. From digital step counters to simple games, they've been exploring how their code can bring ideas to life. It's been amazing to see their excitement as they experiment, troubleshoot, and watch their work come together right in front of them. These Micro:bits have made coding feel approachable and fun, opening their eyes to new possibilities in STEM.
One of my students, has really embraced this new technology and even started helping her classmates debug their code! She told me she never thought coding could be for her, but now she's considering a future in technology.
