Self Expression through Art
Funded May 13, 2021Thank you for the generous gift. The materials have been essential toward the betterment of my students social and emotional state. Through art we are able to begin the day with a method of calming our minds and grounding ourselves before we start the day.
The art supplies give my students a way to communicate and express how they are feeling real time. Students who have challenges with expressing themselves have an outlet. The kids have been through a lot and I am grateful they have the materials to somewhat bring their lives at school to what it once was.”

Funded Jan 1, 2021Thank you so much! Half my class is back at school and half are at home.
I'm so happy I was able to distribute the supplies to the kids at school and at home.
Materials are everything whether we are at school or at home. Thank you for making it possible.
My students were so excited to have their own supplies. Usually we would have to share and sharing supplies teaches so many life lessons and skills. The students are able to realize how fortunate they are to have their own and are very much appreciative of the supplies provided by your generous donation.
Thank you so much!”

Human Machine Investigation
Funded Dec 2, 2020Thank you very much for your kindness. WE really appreciate your contributions.
It was bitter sweet because yesterday I went into my classroom for the first time in months and I saw the packages of materials waiting to be opened by my students.
The excitement and the expressions on the faces of my students whenever we open a package from Donors like you is priceless. Unfortunately this year, we have not been able to experience opening and seeing the surprise. Hopefully, by next month, I will be able to show you pictures of excited and eager kid's faces in the classroom as we open up your gift.
Thank you so much!”

Funded Dec 1, 2020Thank you for giving my students a user friendly platform to share their ideas.
The Padlet platform is easy to use and it allows students to share their ideas, projects, and their accomplishments with others. Other students, parents, relatives, and other teachers can see what the children are doing without coming to the classroom.
The ability to work together and share ideas always benefits everyone. Sharing our ideas whether we agree or disagree is less important than being able to communicate our ideas and at the same time listen to other points of views.
Your donation let us collaborate and share our ideas with one another. Thank you so much for allowing us to share our ideas with one another.”

Funded Oct 31, 2020Thank you for completing our classroom set. I teach 4th grade and I have students who have just immigrating to the country so no fault to them their English language ability is not equivalent to those students who were born and raised in America.
This valuable book set will help those students who just immigrated to the country to read and learn at the level they are at. The best part of this set is that each student is able to grow and witness their own progress as they move up the level of books.
The confidence each student gains by witnessing their growth is invaluable. Thank you for supporting my students and providing them with materials that will enhance their learning.”

Book Carts to Organize Our Library!
Funded Oct 23, 2020Thank you for helping me organize our classroom. During this time of Covid and no students in the classroom, it has been a bit lonely. However, as a teacher I have been able to organize all books in our library so that I can easily access them for student pick up.
With a limited amount of space in the classroom is so vital right now. Being able to organize and to maximize space for when students do return to the classroom will assist and keep everyone safe as possible.
With other generous donors our library of books is growing and more space as been created to create an atmosphere. Thank you very much for your dedication.”

Essential Learning Materials
Funded Sep 12, 2020Thank you so much! My students are grateful for your kindness and more importantly supporting their studies during this most difficult time.
The composition notebooks, math notebooks, and pencil/pen pouches have provided my students with materials that bring some resemblance to every day in person school during our distance learning. These essential supplies are vital. Without them, there would be no balance. Everything would have to been done online facing a screen.
With our composition notebooks, my students are writing stories and responding to literature. In our math notebooks, my students are showing their thinking by jotting down the steps they take to solve equations. They get to be creative away from the screen.
Thank you again in this needed time. The students were surprised twice! Once when we opened up the boxes and then when the supplies are distributed to them when their parents come to pick them up. Thank you again for the materials and more importantly your support for our future.”

Funded Nov 27, 2019Thank you very much for your generous donation. The supplies have been a wonderful addition to our classroom. Something that is out of the ordinary are always welcomed and invite the students to see studying and learning in a new light.
Math done with graph paper is totally different. One student indicated he could illustrate and model his thinking more clearly on graph paper than on regular recycled paper.
Too many times the students are limited by supplies to communicate their ideas. However having access to supplies you have donated allows my students to do the required and then go beyond.
We are truly grateful for your support for our future.”

Funded Nov 22, 2019Thank you so much for your support. We were in need of refreshing our classroom furniture and thank you for bringing a change to our environment. My students are always looking for that comfortable space in class that will help them focus and be creative. Classroom environment is everything and thank you for giving my students more options to make responsible choices in deciding and learning to find their own space in a big room. Whether it is reading, writing, or math, my students will have comfort to do their best.
New is always good. However, I hope my students use these chairs knowing that the chairs were donated out of support for their future. I thank you for again for your support and your commitment to our future.”

Basic Supplies
Funded Oct 24, 2019Thank you so much for your caring hearts. We are always in need of materials. To get these supplies in the middle of the school year is a game changer. My students notebooks are filled with their work and are bursting with their thinking. These supplies will help us continue to be creative and help us organize our thinking so we can see growth in our individual abilities.
New is good. But to have the new represent the hearts of you, who support and have our back is priceless. I believe the caring and loving hearts who support us will help give students an extra drive to work even harder in school.
Thank you so much again for your support and dedication to our future. These supplies will add to the our toolbox of materials that will help us continue our learning.”
