  • Help! We Need A New Table for Our Classroom!

    Funded Feb 5, 2019

Thank you very much for your kind donations. Our new teaching table was delivered and put to use right away. We use this special teaching table for guided reading instruction where small groups of three or four students meet with the teacher to work on specific instruction. We rotate the groups and custom make the lessons to differentiate the instruction to meet the students' instructional levels for reading and writing. Last week we had small group instruction in vocabulary and reading. The students love working this way.

When the students first saw the new desk they were thrilled with the newness and that it seemed very large. The desk is great for the miriad of papers and supplies that i need!!

Thank you again for your kind donations. The new table is a fixture in our awesome classroom!”

  • We Need School Supplies!

    Funded Nov 29, 2018

Thank you very much for your kind donations. The basic supplies go a long way to helping the classroom run smoothly. Having plenty of , pencils, eraser tops, and bottled water are essential for the students.

As the students are able to use pencils freely they are more likely to complete their assignments. Many times students ask to take a pencil home to complete their homework.

Eraser caps are a savior for the teacher. The life of a pencil is doubles with the use of an eraser cap. Essentially by using eraser caps pencils get an extended life.

Thank you again for your kind donations.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Lapin

  • We Need Bottled Water!

    Funded Nov 26, 2019

Thank you very much for your kind donations. Having bottled water available for students is just wonderful.

In addition to quenching thirsty students, bottled water is a great way to keep kids out of the hallways. Having bottled water is a real treat. It is better for healthier young children to have a water option instead of drinks like sweetened sodas or sugar packed juices etc.”
