I teach kindergarten in a Title One school in South Carolina. My students come diverse backgrounds with various learning experiences. For many of my students kindergarten is their first school experience. Even though my students come from diverse backgrounds, we work and grow together as a family throughout the year. My favorite part of teaching kindergarten is their affection for each other and the adults that teach them. They are eager to please and want to do their best! In our classroom we work to build community by growing and learning through our shared experiences and success! I love the energy and enthusiasm my students bring to school each day! They are ready to learn and experience new things. They want to be independent and to do things for themselves! Together we celebrate our accomplishments!
