I work in a school where we have a high percentage of students that receive free/reduced lunch rates. Some of these students come from low income and low parental involvement families. These kids are just waiting for someone to light their fire, and I always hope to be that person. My school is focused in arts integration, and one way to do this, and reach kids that are struggling in any area, is through technology. Even though these students have a lot of needs, they are so loving and sweet. Every year I feel very satisfied, with the difference I make in my students lives.
