This project will promote literacy and community. Creating a space that promotes literacy in the classroom is a growing need. I am fortunate enough to have the space for this. Students who can find a comfortable space in class, can become readers. It starts with introducing interesting titles and catapults when students find a space to emerge themselves in the world of a good book. These tools will help provide comfort and create relaxation for students who may not have it at home. Reading is a way to help students see the world without leaving the classroom.
