  Thank you so much for funding my project my students are going to be so excited to get new stylus pens. We didn’t have enough because so many of them were broken. • We Love Snacks

  My students are loving the snacks. In the afternoon I usually give them out while they are working on their independent work. It gets them motivated to continue to work. I love that the Pringles have a variety. I like allowing the students a choice of which flavor they would like. They use their language to tell me which one they want which allows them to express themself. They are happy that they are given a treat before they go home. Thank you so much again for helping to fund my snacks project!”

• Math Manipulatives

  Thank you so much for funding my project. My students loved the coloring books. They also love the ice cream counting game. It has been a very popular choice at center time. They like matching the numeral to the dots. They also like to pretend it is ice cream. My students have used the ten frames. We use it to find the sums of equations. We also use it to find the answer to the subtraction equations. I love that students have a resource to use to understand addition and subtraction. Thank you so much again for helping to fund my project.”

• Learning Toys

  Thank you so much for helping to fund my project. My students are loving the new stem activities. They are discovering all about magnets with the magnetic blocks and magnetic building sticks. With the magnetic sticks, they have built a racetrack, a house and "a supersonic mega marble run". They love learning that the magnetic sticks make the marbles move. With the blocks, they are making a castle, a garage and letters. I love seeing them explore and have fun at the same time. Thank you so much again for your kindness and generosity. Happy Holidays!”

• Secret Stories Help Us Learn to Read!

  Thank you so much for funding my project. The students love the secret stories. We sing the Secret Story song every morning so we can learn our letters and sounds. The stories are great when we are learning to read new words. When we write I will point out the secret story and tell my students all about it. They are so eager to learn. We see so many "secrets" when we are reading words that have th, sh, ar and ch. We are also learning vowels can be superheroes and say their name. They are displayed on the board where students can see them every day. Thank you so much again!”

• We Need a Carpet!

  Thank you so much for helping to fund my carpet. The kids love the new carpet. Every person that walks in my classroom has commented that they love it and it adds a lot of happiness to the room. The students each have a special spot on the carpet where they sit. We spend a lot of time on the carpet so it has been wonderful for our classroom. We are on the carpet for math, reading and writing mini lessons. They are very comfortable sitting on the carpet. Thank you so much again for helping to fund my carpet.”

• Reading Practice

  Thank you so much for helping to fund my project. I have bought many activities to help my students practice reading. I have purchased alphabet books and letter activities. Students use playdough to create a letter. They also can color in letters. I have also bought blending activities. Students will tap out letters and blend the words. Students love the books that I have purchased to help them read because they are allowed to bring them home and share them with their family. Thank you so much again for funding my project.”

• Copy Paper for Take Home Reading Books

  Thank you so much for helping to fund my copy paper project. I use the paper to make writing booklets for my students. I also use the paper for children to draw on after we have read a story. They love drawing characters. I also use the paper to make copies for homework. The paper is mostly used to make copies of books that we read in class. Students love to have their own copy of the text. They are able to take it home and "read" it to their parents and their siblings. Thank you so much again for funding my project!”

• Help Us Solve Equations

  Thank you so much for helping to fund my project. We are loving the dry erase boards. They are so easy to erase. We love the markers with the erasers on them. It makes it a lot easier for them to keep on their desk. The students are loving the boards with the hundreds chart and ten frames. They love that they are erasable. It makes my job easier with both of these items. Students can practice over and over writing their numbers, and writing addition and subtraction equations.
