Thank you so much for your support. The students worked so hard on intergrating their artwork with music, and now their art can be displayed with the sounds that inspired it.
When I told them you had funded our request, there were cheers. One student said, "Now the viewer [at the gallery opening] will really be able to understand where my artwork is coming from!"

We are a title I urban NYC public school. We serve mostly students of color from lower economic standing. They are smart, fun and talented. The school has a great art program. In the last 5 years 8 students have moved on to top art schools to pursue careers in art.
