Speedway Academies is a K-8 public school in a large urban city. I have 20 wonderful, bright and very active second graders that love to learn. The students in my class come eager everyday to see what new book or story they will be reading and what new people and places they will learn about. We love literacy at Speedway Academies! We have student book publishing parties about every six weeks to celebrate student writing!
