The materials in the STEM BINS will focus on hands on learning. The manipulatives available in the kits will allow my students to further their knowledge and create using their prior knowledge while gaining knowledge from classmates. The kits also allow higher level learning to take place. Facilitating learning opportunities for students to explore using hands on materials is essential for learning! The STEM BINS would be a huge asset to our classroom and foster a classroom of exploration and continued excitement. Do you remember how fun it was to learn while tinkering and being creative? The STEM BINS were created for just that kind of learning-and my kids need more of those experiences! (learning experiences away from technology!)
