  • PREK Babies in Need of Packets

    Funded May 20, 2020

Our Title 1 school closed in March due to the Covid -19 pandemic. Traditional teaching was very difficult to 4 year olds. My students were too young to benefit from online teaching. Therefore, I wanted a fun and interactive way to keep my students learning.

Your generous donation of ink for my printer and paper allowed me to print appropriate work for my students. My students need hands-on materials and worksheets so that they can practice coloring, writing, and fine motor skills like cutting.

My students were so happy to receive their packets. I was really happy to know that my students would continue to learn, during this challenging time.

Your wonderful donation made this possible.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Pollard

  • PreK in Need of Clothing Options

    Funded Jan 14, 2020

Thank you so much for all of your kind and generous donations to the students of my kindergarten classroom. They were so excited when they saw all the new clothes that they were able to receive through this project. They enjoy having clean, dry, clothing for when they have accidents. They love having a choice of clothing as well. It makes it so much easier having clothing because parents don't have to leave their jobs to come with a change of clothing. Thank you again for helping make life easier.”

  • PreK: Furry Friends, Furry Memories (Part Two)

    Funded Feb 28, 2020

Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students really enjoyed receiving their bears and dressing them. They gave them names and drew pictures of themselves with their new furry friend. They will now have them to cuddle with while they take their naps during nap time. Thank you again for allowing all this to happen through your kind and generous donations. My students were so excited and couldn't stop talking about it and how wonderful people helped them out by giving them these bears.”

  • Snacks for PreK

    Funded Nov 3, 2019

Thank you so much for your kind and generous donations to the students of my kindergarten classroom. They were so happy and surprised to see all the new snacks come into the room. As the day goes on, their bellies get hungry and start to grumble. These snacks help to take the grumbles away so that they can learn and socialize with their friends at school. It's amazing to realize that it truly does "take a village to raise a child." Thank you for wanting to be apart of our tiny little village.”

  • PreK Cot Sheets a Must

    Funded Sep 24, 2019

Thank you so much for your kind and generous donations to the students of my Pre-kindergarten classroom. They were so excited to receive the new cot sheets and are now comfortably laying on them each afternoon during nap time. They each have their own individual cots and cot sheets. I am glad to know that my students now have a comfortable, healthy place to lay their head each day and that they feel safe and secure enough to rest their tired eyes in the classroom. Again, thank you for everything. It is great to know that there are so many people who want to help my prek students.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Pollard

  • HP Ink Me!

    Funded Feb 6, 2019

My students are just starting out in PreK and love learning through the classroom computer. Using computers in the classroom is part of that experience. They love printing out pictures and activities that they find on the computer and sharing them with friends and family at home. Your donation of ink came at a time when the classroom printer was completely out of ink.

Therefore, your generous donation will help to make the students successful, independent, and confident learners. Once again, thank you for your generosity.”

  • Cookie Monsters Love Cookies

    Funded Jan 29, 2019

I teach Pre-K to a wonderful group of boys and girls at a Title 1 school. My students attend all day pre-k and therefore need snacks to fill their hungry, growling tummies in the afternoon. Your contribution of cookies, Goldfish, Cheez-Its, and water to drink daily has been a great was way to fill their bellies.

This is their first school year, and I want it to be something they look forward to each day without worries about being hungry or thirsty. Once again, thank you for your generous donation.”
