I work with special needs preschool students ages 2-4 years old. They come to me with many obstacles and challenges. My little guys have little language, some are autistic, some are downs syndrome and some have learning/behavior difficulties. These babies start school at an infant level and leave me with such amazing progress it brings tears to my eyes. I am so proud to work with preschool students and feel lucky each day to be part of their lives. I provide a multi-sensory approach in order to reach all my students, and they thrive, not because of me , well maybe a little, but because I give them the tools necessary, and a supportive and loving environment. My motto is never say never... We don't know the potential of our students, We must give them a chance to thrive. You may be surprised at what they can do! I feel like a proud mama when they reach a goal. My only hope is that they leave me being happy and loving school!
