I have several students that are diagnosed as ADHD or a few that have anxiety disorders. In general, the class is very sweet, smart and generous. They are funny and work well together. We are a charter school and the first of its kind in our county. I think parents saw this as a new hope for educating their children. The parents are very involved and supportive. The administration is willing to implement any ideas we have as long as they are data driven. There is research to show that yoga balls can increasing writing skills and improve behavior.
