My students range from kindergarten to fifth grade and live in an under privileged area. Almost 90% of them are English Language Learners. This is but a small barrier. My students work hard in every area of learning. SFSE is a small charter school that doesn't have much, but we value every student, every space, and every ounce of learning time. Though we may not have much, I do not want this to hinder the students' experience in my music room. We make due with what we have but I would love to be able to give them more!
