My students come from a low socio-economic background. Ninety seven percent of our school population qualifies for free or reduced lunch. My classroom was recently added as a PPCD unit (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities) and I am excited to begin working with these students who are eager to learn and discover the world. Most of my students would benefit from visual aids and ways to express themselves when their language skills fall short.
