A tablet is a unique way the students can practice math and reading. Every morning, we use technology to complete a math program called xtra math. We only have four computers in my room and twenty-two students need to use the program. It takes about five-seven minutes to complete, so adding another tablet in my room will help alleviate the time it takes to complete the program. The tablet will help make a difference in my room because the programs are all differentiated to support each child's learning. I will also be able to use the tablet for other programs during math and reading centers as well.
