We are a 4th-6th elementary classroom serving residential and day program students with emotional, social and behavioral disorders that impact their ability to flourish in a public school. These students need more intensive interventions and therapies. They are eager for knowledge. They come to school each day wondering what we have in store for them. All of the kids benefit from hands on learning. Often our classroom is in a state of organized chaos when we create examples to help them bridge connections between lecture, practice and understanding. We use everything available- including the proverbial kitchen sink! Always working on a limited budget, we rely on our donors to help us with supplies that help us keep our students engaged.
