My school is a predominantly Hispanic school, where the only sport they know is soccer. They also enjoy video games; they have even had video game nights. However, I believe that if I introduce them to different non-traditional sports, such as Ultimate Frisbee, Resistance training, and Spikeball. Then It will help to develop skills that they would not have ever used, if they were only exposed to the traditional sports offered at most high school physical education programs.
