My K-5th grade STEM classes are made up of the most amazing students you will ever come across! We are located in Weston, Florida. My students are absolutely "THE BEST"! Right now, I am working on adding flexible seating to my STEM program in my classroom. My students are all hard working and really enjoy all of the STEM components that I have presented to them. They enjoy it when I allow them to struggle with math and logical reasoning. I choose to use Hour of Code. When the students code, they are able to work on real world math, logical reasoning while also incorporating technology and computer science. My classes are culturally diverse and I have far more females. I really want to catch my ladies now so that they will not be behind the males when they get into high school (studies show that females tend not to do as well in logical reasoning and mathematical thinking). Thank you for helping us grow!
