In my current third grade class, I have 22 enthusiastic learners. I have a diverse population of students. The majority of students I teach are bilingual, whose first language is not English. They are all bright students who love learning and are eager to grow and expand inside the classroom. I work in an urban neighborhood with resources that are limited. I don't have the same access to technology and would be excited to upgrade how I present lessons. If I can give my students the best I have to offer for their education, it will cause a mirror effect and really inspire them to take control of their learning .
