  • Plants Here, There, Everywhere!

    Funded Feb 3, 2025

Thank you for giving to our classroom! Your generosity ensures that students in our community are given the opportunity to have the most hands on learning activities that they can have. We are very grateful for you!

It is important for students to learn while doing - it helps their brains grow.

    Thanks again!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Yamnitz

  • Tech-ing It With the Vet!

    Funded Oct 17, 2024

Thank you for the donation of vet tech materials to my classroom. we were able to use the pill sorters to count beans as pills in our pharmacology unit and the gauze and surgical cloth in hands on scenarios for vet tech surgery scenarios. Students sometimes do not bring materials in when we need them so having a classroom stock is very helpful in moving along with activities and curriculum. I really appreciate the donation and the opportunity to have this program in our area to be able to use. Thank you again for your continued generosity to our agriculture program and providing hands on opportunities to students within my classroom each year and for years to come. Thanks again!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Yamnitz

  • Movement of Time

    Funded May 23, 2024

Thank you again for your continuous generosity to donating to our classroom needs wishlists. Thank you for the donation to fund a clock and a bluetooth radio for our students to use while working in the shop.

Having a clock on the wall limits the questionability of "what time is it?" - always watching to see if it is time to clean up before the bell. A radio helps students focus better by relaxing and listening to music while they work on their wood or metal projects. This is something that will help hundreds of students.”

    With gratitude,

  • Leather Tooling, Leather Crafts

    Funded Sep 16, 2024

Thank you for the gift of your donation to our classroom. We spent an entire quarter in our Ag as an Art class doing leatherworking, Students made hat patches, keychains, belts, wallets, graduation cap decorations, and purse straps. They were able to explore a wide array of tools and use them to make items that they will use again in their lives. Although at first it was somewhat of a struggle since it was new material to learn, I think they genuinely learned something and enjoyed the process.

Thank you again for your charitable contribution to our classroom!”

  • Every Flavor Tells a Story!

    Funded Jul 3, 2023

Thank you for your generosity in donating to our classroom by funding supplies through donors choose. My food science class is busy at work dissecting differences between food brands by taste, smell, and sight. We do this on a weekly basis and it is something the kids really enjoy doing. Students get three samples, two are the same and one is different brand or variety but very similar, and they have to then figure out how each is different from each other, usually just one of the three is different. Thank you again!”

  • Here, Fishy Fishy!

    Funded Jul 21, 2023

Thank you for giving to our classroom project by donating to our project that is to make fishing lure building supplies. My classes will use these this spring to create their own unique fishing lures that we will actually take out fishing. This is another example of a real life hands on activity that gets kids excited about learning, gets kids thinking, and gets kids making. Thank you again for this fantastic opportunity for our classroom to partake in, and one less thing to be potentially teacher funded.”

  • Right Tighty, Lefty Loosey

    Funded Jun 27, 2023

Thank you for giving to our classroom by funding a new ratchet and new air impact for our classroom. We greatly appreciate your generosity to our classroom, school, and ag program. Students were very excited to be able to use an air impact in our ag mech classroom and will take great care of it with future use. The most recent use of it included putting wheels and tires back on a tractor they have been restoring in the classroom. There are multiple sizes of sockets that go with the impact which helps us not need to purchase additional sockets for usage. Thanks again!”
