  • Let's See the World in Color!

    This printer has helped bring color into our classroom. With the students being English language learners the colored pictures I am able to print for them helps them in reading, writing and math.

    Also, we used the color printer to bring our classroom door to life with our kindness hearts. I was able to print their pictures for them to express what kindness meant to them.

    This printer has helped children see what is expected in their writing pieces and helped with bookmarks for the struggling students in reading.

  • Making Learning Fun!

    I can't fully express my joy, excitement, and thanks for your donation to my project. It is great to see that you share my vision for reaching children.

    The tools that you have funded will enable students to have fun while they learn new vocabulary, how to share and other things. The building blocks and connecting toys will allow children to interact with each other, let them have conversations and have fun. The letter popping games, will allow children to learn new vocabulary and the math game will allow them to have fun while learning how to add.

    I hope to share with my colleagues the new and fun learning materials. Thank you so much. I can't wait to introduce these games to the children.”

Playing will give a chance for these students to practice what they are learning. I have twenty-four children who contribute to our classroom atmosphere in many different ways. They come from low income households, and some have only been in the country for a year or less. My students are in need of English vocabulary and socialization through different types of hands-on activities.
