  • Extracurricular Activity Art Supplies Needed!

    Funded Oct 13, 2009

I cannot thank you enough for the donation of art supplies that you donated to my classroom. The students are thrilled. I teach art to a bunch of 7th graders, and they love to be creativity, which I strongly encourage. The paper and crayons will be of good use to them. I have many exciting projects lined up for the near future, and the supplies will be involved in the projects. Parent-teacher conferences are coming up soon, so I look forward to displaying their work. Thank you.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Marisa Tingos

  • How Can We Print Without Any Ink?

    Funded Dec 15, 2009

Thank you very much for your generous donation. The supply of ink that you donated will work wonders with the many projects that I have in store for my classes. We often run out of ink, being that I have 12 sets of classes. My students love when I print out their classwork and hang it up on the bulletin boards. When I display their work for the school to see, my students gain a sense of achievement. I also keep a portfolio of my students work so that I can show their parents during Parent-Teacher conferences. At the end of the school year, the students are allowed to take their work home. Thank you very much.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Marisa Tingos

  • Ink Needed for Our Work to Shine!

    Funded May 14, 2009

I want to thank you for your donation to my classroom. The ink is going to be of great use when printing out students projects and assignments. Students often want to print out their work, and there are many times where I have to refuse to print, due to the little amount of ink that we have. School funds are extremely low this year, and the school is not able to purchase any materials at the time.

I am a firm believer of displaying students work for all to see. I believe that it gives them a sense of achievement, and they become excited when they see their work of art.

Thank you again for your sincere generosity!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Marisa Tingos

My students will now be able to work with the proper equipment, which will help them gain much needed knowledge in the technology world. Many of the supplies in the computer lab are currently missing keys or trackballs, and now I will be able to keep the classroom up to date with the new supplies. Thank you”

  • Computer Class In Need Of Supplies!

    Funded Jan 7, 2009

Thank you very much for your generosity. The ink will be very useful to my classroom. We will now be able to print out projects knowing that we have extra ink on hand. With the business cards, I plan on completing a unit with the students, which will teach them the factors of running a successful business. I then plan on having them create business cards. I also believe that it is important for the students to learn how to use the computer for certain uses aside from instant messaging and web-browsing”

  • Ink Needed For Our Work to Shine!

    Funded Dec 16, 2008

Thank you very much for your donation. My students and I greatly appreciate it. The supplies that you donated to our class will allow us to print all assignments and display them up on the bulletin boards for all to see. Parent teacher conferences are coming up soon and my students love to show off their work. Most importantly, it will give my students a sense of achievement. Each marking period, the school assigns the students one major project that they have to complete, and being that I teach 140 students, I often run low on ink. Thank you”

Your generous donation is going to make a big impact on my students' capabilities in the computer lab. I truly appreciate it, and there should be more people like you.
