My students, clearly not aware of what they got themselves into when they signed up for the course, are energetic, determined, giggly sophomores.They have dedicated themselves to cramming 10,000 years of history into 8.5 months. They're terrified of the dreaded DBQ, but can answer any question thrown at them about the Qin & Han dynasties! They have doomed themselves to social isolation and sleepless nights (studying history of course) until May 2015. They are encouraged and supported by their peers, teachers, and administrators at Rosamond High. We are a small high school in a Title I district, but our students are leaving their mark and making people take notice. We ARE "the little engine that could"
