My students are 5th graders in a West Virginia elementary school. My students enjoy science and learning about the world around them. We work hard in the classroom to learn new things every day of the week. While each student has the textbooks and materials that they need to learn and succeed I am looking for new ways to teach them material. My students love to complete labs in science and create their own experiments. They are inquisitive and eager for new experiences. I believe that the more hands on, and real world experiences, I can give my students the more that information will stay with them as they progress to sixth grade next year.
