My students are extremely excited to learn. They love working in groups and moving around to stations in my classroom. They are inquisitive and ready to learn. They love to help each other and work as a team. Within our school building we are extremely diverse. We are a K-6 building housing close to 600 students. I work with the 34, 6th grade students. These students have ability levels that range from 2nd grade learning to above 6th grade learning. I modify and adapt my curriculum to try to reach all students. They do an excellent job in class helping each other as well as asking good thought provoking questions to ensure that they understand what we are doing in class and are able to help their peers understand things even better. This is one of the best classes I've ever had. They're excited to learn, they want to be high achievers, and they thirst for knowledge. I can't wait to tell them that we had new technology donated to our classroom to help them achieve even more.
