Starting the School Year with Technology!

I cannot express enough how thankful my students are for having access to Chromebooks in the classroom. Students who have had difficulties in the past with researching now have immediate access to both the Internet and word processing. Their writing and researching skills have grown tremendously since receiving the computers.

Many students have not had consistent access to technology either at home or at school. Now, they have seen their technology skills expand with their daily use of the Chromebooks. Students have completed both research and writing (personal narratives, persuasive essays, informational writing, etc) and they have used them for after school activities (our student government culture night) as well. English language learners have access to language programs that assist with their growing vocabulary.

They have been enormously helpful in the classroom and we cannot thank you enough for your support!”
