• Kindles for Engagement and Differentiation in Math Class!

  Thank you so much for the kindles that you have donated to our classroom! My students are utilizing it for learning math in different ways - including competitions, watching videos and collaborating with one another! It has made a world of a difference. We are using Khan Academy to review material, Kahoots and Quizizz to test our knowledge in a fun way and google classroom to collaborate with our peers. My students are more engaged, having fun and learning more with these kindles. We are so grateful!”

• Art of Mathematics

  Thank you so much for the printer that has helped the classroom! We have been able to print out scaffolded worksheets, art-work and posters for the classroom! It has made an immense difference because we do not have to rely on the consistently broken printers.

  We have started our translations unit and this allows us to print pictures to demonstrate translations, reflections, rotations and dilations. The students love it! We are so grateful for allowing us to combine art and mathematics in one class and the students are so engaged because of it.

• The Art of Mathematics!

  Thank you so much for the impact you have made in my classroom! My kids (and I) love that we can now laminate things that are important to them! We use these for matching activities especially in math. We use the whiteboard so we can have small groups in the back of the room for ELA and Math and we are so grateful.

  They also have been using the laminate machine so that we can laminate their artwork and put it in the binders. They always show it off when we have visitors! It's a fun way to include art into mathematics.

• Calculators Needed!

  Thank you so much for all the calculators! It has really enhanced our room so that students do not have to share calculators during class. My students are ecstatic that kind strangers would give them the resources they need to learn! They are now completely engaged because they do not have to wait to complete a problem. We are so happy for the opportunity to expand their skill set in less time.

  Everyday students grab a calculator and begin the do now allowing the process to take five minutes instead of ten minutes because of sharing a calculator.

• Technology in the Classroom!

  Thank you so much for helping me add technology in the classroom. It has been so nice to have a computer to offer extra resources to students! All of our lessons are online so students can stay after school and during lunch and work on their lessons with me.

  My students are excited to have a working computer that doesn't freeze up everytime. They actually want to stay after school to continue learning. It truly is a miracle and could not have been possible without all of you!

• Book Club!

  Hello Donors,

  Thank you so much for your donation! We really appreciate the help. The students really loved the book and they are not usually into reading! They loved the characters and felt that they were relate able. We talked about extremely different and difficult topics such as suicide, bullying, peer pressure and partying. The discussions sometimes went into personal situations and we were able to talk about it as a group.

  My students are overjoyed that they received all these resources. Check for understanding has became way easier since I have enough whiteboards for them all. I am still waiting for a few more products but I am sure when they come in they will make a huge impact. I use Vocab Lesson Plans for Do Now and the students really enjoy them. My students have already started making index cards for their index cards ring. They are excited to have a bunch of new words attached to them at all times. I cannot thank you enough for your support.”
