This year with my classes I am trying to get them to move more and increase their cardiovascular endurance! Having some technology for my students to monitor themselves would really help our program and the needs of my students! With obesity on the rise, especially in the low income and Hispanic population, my students are at risk! I am asking for your help... our youth are asking for your help... we all have to work together to fight childhood obesity and increase cardiovascular fitness!

About my class
