21st Century World Language Literacy

Thank you so much for funding 21st Century Literacy. This generous donation has allowed my students to access Spanish in new and meaningful ways. Not only can they use the headphones to listen to native speakers and authentic dialog, but they can record their own voices and listen later, effectively hearing how they have progressed through their own learning.

Students have also been delighted to be able to access information about Spanish speaking countries through the Chromebooks, as well to use the wifi to play educational games, such as Kahoot, and to create presentations using prezi and goanimate.

We were also recently able to come to the rescue as a department, when our new state testing, to our surprise, required headphones. All of the students who needed access to school technology were able to be served, and many of them due to the generous donations from your company.”
