My students are high poverty students. My school has all students with the ability to have free breakfast, lunch and snack if the parent/guardian chooses to, since there are many families that cannot afford school breakfast/lunch for their student. All of my students eat school breakfast and lunch for free. I have an amazing group of Kindergarteners that come from various backgrounds, knowledge bases and abilities that I am continuing to explore. I would love to give the students who need a challenge opportunity to obtain it through my instruction as well as be able to support my students that are struggling to meet Kindergarten expectations/benchmarks.
