I can’t wait to let my students use their imaginations to create and build with these hands on manipulatives. There is an engineer bursting inside each of them that I can’t wait to see when they have materials to design, build, and correct mistakes. I also need more activities to help my students learn to read during our reading center block. I will be able to use the two literacy items to help my students sound out CVC words and learn their sight words. Our school doesn’t have a literary program for kindergarten teachers to use so we have to come up with items for them to use on our own.

About my class
