  • Building Our First Lego League

    Funded Aug 23, 2018

Thank you so much for these gracious donations. My students have been really excited to dig in to these Lego kits and dive into the world of STEM. This has allowed for our middle school students to sign up to participate in our school Lego program.

My students love being able to use Lego's to learn science and technology skills. My students are able to build creations following directions from the We Do 2.0 app and then learn some coding to make their creation move.

Being able to offer this program to so many students has meant the world to them and their families. I have had many families and students thank me for being able to offer this program and I know I couldn't of done it with out all your support. Thank you for making this possible for my students.”

  • Blasting Off With FIRST Lego League

    Funded Aug 30, 2018

I cannot thank each of you enough for the wonderful gift that has allowed our students to be involved with Lego Robotics. The focus in our school is now including STEM activities which the Lego Robotics could not be more perfect. With the Lego Robotics students will have to create a Lego robot and problem solve in order for the robot to run correctly.

This Lego Robotic kit will have an enormous impact on the students that will be involved. They will not only have to work together to design and build the robot but they will have to think critically to problem solve.

Again, thank your for your generous gift.”

  • Plugged Into Learning

    Funded Aug 2, 2018

My students can hear own their own! Thank you so much for choosing to fund our project for headphones! The headphones quickly arrived and I've let the students use them multiple times already. The students are now able to log in to the computers to watch quick video clips when ever they need a mini review of the content that we are learning about without distracting the other students in the classroom. Having the new headphones has helped the parents in our school not have to spend the additional money to purchase them for the students.”
