My students are primarily freshmen in an introductory science class. Many come from a middle school environment without much direct experience with experimental techniques. My students are very technologically savvy and I would like to introduce more electronic data loggers into the curriculum. My students are used to a variety of ways of solving problems and during labs I like to provide a wide range of choices for them. I teach in a diverse, multicultural school with a range of socioeconomic conditions. I have new immigrants as well as families that have lived in the area for generations.
