I work with 5-8th grade students in a self contained Special Education classroom. Many are performing several years below grade level. My goal as a special educator, is to get students excited about learning and then provide them with a variety of opportunities to learn reading, writing, math and life skills. This will help support their wide variety of needs and learning styles as well as provide them access to information with the use of technology. In addition, it will enhance their learning.
