  • Enjoy Learning and Listening!

    Funded Jan 17, 2025

Thank you so much for your generous donation of headphones to our classroom. They are used daily and have made a huge difference in our learning environment. Students can now focus better during reading programs, online lessons, and assessments without distractions, and it's helped create a more engaging and productive space for everyone.

Your support has truly enhanced our ability to provide personalized instruction and meet each student's unique needs. Most importantly, your kindness reminds our students that their education matters and that there are people who believe in their success. We are so grateful—thank you!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Where Comfort Meets Inspiration!

    Funded Apr 5, 2025

Thank you so much for your donation! I’ve been looking for rugs to make my classroom more cozy and comfortable for my students to read! They love their flexible seat options but I have been looking for the right rug to designate the space for them to cozy up!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Flexible Seating Choices

    Funded Apr 18, 2024

Thank you so much for the items for flexible seating! From the stools, to cushions, to desks to surf desks--flexible seating is available and used every single day!

When my student were introduced to the newer items this school year, they were excited, pumped and it allowed an opportunity for choice and also learning how to share with one another.

The next steps for these items are to see how they can be used differently next year for a new set of students who will also be using or seeing these types of flexible seating for the first time!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Life Through Books!

    Funded Mar 2, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to our classroom. A lot of books from this particular project was to learn more about Lunar New Year celebrated by different cultures. It also brought awareness to Asian American authors and illustrators.

Reading in our room is moving more towards reading to learn and independence, but my students still enjoy being read to and learning through stories of the authors' experiences.

Since this was funded towards the end of the last school year, my students this current school year are able to really enjoy these stories!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Productivity and Comfort

    Funded Jun 6, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to this project! Simple items like scissors are scarce these days. We use scissors on a daily basis and we always need extra in case one goes missing. We use them for art and interactive notebooks as an example.

If you can believe it, some student households may not even have a pair of scissors available; let alone appropriate sized ones for young kids. My students always love how sleek these specific scissors are. They are always a hit! They're also easy to see and look for.”

    With gratitude,

  • Facilitate Confidence

    Funded Jun 6, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to this project! Items like pens, pencils, erasers and sharpies are consumables every school year. Those are our everyday supplies, including crayons and markers.

My students are very excited about the new automatic hands off sharpener and crayon sharpener! I didn't even know those existed!

I'm excited for my students to have access to all different types of writing and art materials to explore their creativity. Sometimes all it takes is the opportunity to try something new with something new.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Books Are Portable Magic!

    Funded Jun 6, 2024

Third grade is a big shift from learning to read, to reading to learn! The world is their oyster and they now have many books to choose from that they can explore.

I chose specific books to garner interest in reading especially with technology so prevalent these days. I observed my class very carefully last year and have done research to see what is of interest lately. Of course I had to choose some classics!

Students will be able to apply their learned reading skills about character development, context, real world connections and more!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

My little Kinders are the brightest and quirkiest bunch! They catch on very quickly, but also need the constant reinforcement of daily language arts and math. Not to mention science, social studies, PE and even in enrichment programs like art and dance. Having a place for them to fully engage and learn everyday is extremely necessary. Our school strives for what is best for the students and as teachers and administrators, we try our best to deliver!
