  • Essentials to End the Year

    Funded Apr 24, 2025

Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my DonorsChoose project, Essentials to End the Year. Your support means the world to me and to my students.

As we approach the end of the school year, classroom supplies like pencils, tissues, paper towels, and crayons become even more essential. Your donation ensures that my students can continue learning, creating, and growing without worrying about missing the basics. These items may seem simple, but they have a big impact on maintaining a clean, productive, and well-stocked learning environment.

It’s incredibly heartwarming to know that someone I’ve never met is willing to invest in our classroom and in the success of each child in it. Your kindness reminds us all that there are caring people out there cheering us on.

Thank you again for your support—it truly makes a difference.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Pauline

  • Larger Than Life Positive Rewards

    Funded Mar 26, 2025

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for your incredible generosity! The donation of these large lawn games will completely transform our classroom's PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) system, and the impact is palpable. Moreover, it will be a delight to se them use these on our upcoming field day.

We will be integrating the games into our reward system. Students earn points throughout the month for demonstrating positive behavior, academic effort, and acts of kindness. At the end of the month, we celebrate the students that reached the monthly goal. They will get to choose from the donated lawn games for their upcoming PBIS celebration. These games aren't just fun; they're going to teach valuable social skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, and problem-solving. Your contribution will not only provide entertainment but also foster a more positive and supportive learning environment. Thank you for believing in my students and for making a real difference in their lives.”

  • Scales for Science

    Funded Sep 23, 2024

Our middle school science classroom is buzzing! Your scales are amazing. Density labs? Check! Conservation of mass? Nailed it! Material properties? Explored! Students are measuring, calculating, and learning so much. We did mini-labs with rocks, liquids, and even baking soda reactions. Seeing them accurately measure mass, then find density, was incredible. The scales let them see science, not just read about it. They're learning metric units, precision, and how small errors change results. It's more than scales; it's confidence. They're asking questions, experimenting, and doing science. Thank you for making this hands-on learning possible!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Pauline

  • New Year, New Supplies!

    Funded Dec 7, 2024

Thank you so much! Your donations for our DonorsChoose project "New Year, New supplies" were so amazing. We now have all the pencils and paper and so much more that we need for the rest of the school year. This means so much to my students. Before, we were running out, and was a constant cycle of trying to replace the needed materials. Now, everyone can focus on their learning and participate- without having to worry about getting a pencil. Your kindness has made a real difference. We are all very grateful!”

    With gratitude,

  • No Germs Here

    Funded Sep 30, 2024

Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Absences impact a student's ability to access their learning. Being sick is a common cause of absenteeism. These cleaning products allow us to get ahead of the germs and be proactive in trying to stay healthy. Thank you for choosing to donate to our project. Our middle school classrooms have been able to use these supplies to wipe down tables and high touch surfaces, clean away our runny noses, wipe off chromebooks or books, and so much more. We truly appreciate your interest in our success. Thanks for helping us try and keep a healthy, germ free learning environment!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Pauline

  • Let’s Get Charged!

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

I truly appreciate your kindness and generosity. We are very lucky to be in a district that has 1-to-1 technology abilities. Each student has access to a school district chromebook. However, students are required to purchase their own chargers for at home use. Sometimes, students are unable to add this item to their supply list and it's oftentimes an added need. These chargers allow my students to charge their Chromebooks when needed- in school and at home with ease. They can just sign them out to borrow it if they need to take home their Chromebook to finish an assignment, work on a project, or catch up on some missing work. I am grateful for your interest in my students.”

  • Paper Please

    Funded Aug 6, 2024

I truly appreciate your kindness and interest in my students! Paper is an essential item in all classrooms. As teachers, we use it to make copies of homework, parent flyers, enrichment work and review. The students use it for word problems, scratch paper and projects. Yes, we have access to workbooks and digital components- but there's nothing like paper and pencil when it comes to practicing math.

Again, thanks so much for your opening your hearts and helping us have successful school year! We appreciate you!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Pauline

  • Sit to Stand for All

    Funded Apr 22, 2024

Thank you for your kindness and interest in my students. The sit to stand has been such a great addition to our classroom. It has allowed students present their findings in an experiment or explain their thoughts about a word problem. Moreover, I'm able to put the document camera on the stand and allow students to showcase their work. In doing this, the students can see how their peers are solving questions. This allows our students to see different strategies for solving and multiplying.

Again, that you for making a donation to adding such a wonderful piece of furniture to our classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Pauline
