As a reading teacher it is important that students continue to read at home during distance learning and over the summer. My student's usually have access to the classroom library and can borrow books. However, due to current circumstances we are not in the classroom. I would drop off the books at the school in individual baggies with labeled names for parents to pick up during meal distribution hours. My students enjoy reading, which is why I am advocating for them. Thank you in advance for your generosity and making learning accessible to my wonderful students.
