Sandtray play helps students process, communicate and create. My students will use the sandtray and miniatures to create scenes to express their thoughts, feelings, concerns and challenges. It is a powerful sensory tool to address social, emotional and behavioral issues in individual and group sessions. Students can learn coping and self-regulation skills and students are better able to learn when their emotional and social needs are addressed. Your donation will help create a safe and healing way for students to get the support they need. Students succeed when emotional and behavioral concerns are addressed. I help students when they are in crisis, need ongoing support, or just need to be heard. Whether a student is frustrated and overwhelmed, feeling excluded, or struggling with a problem at home, I will be there to support, encourage, and teach the skills needed.
