My students are a very diverse group of learners from Brooklyn, New York. Our school is a title 1 public school with nearly 80% of the students on free and reduced lunch. Most of my students do not have exposure to the arts outside of school, and have never had the opportunity to experience the joy of learning with Orff instruments.
