My students loved the online resources that I have for them now. They love using the kindles to read and engage in other activities.   • Interesting and Educational Audiobooks

    Thank you so much for donating and getting my project fully funded! These audio-books are really helping my students engage in reading for a longer period of time. A lot of my students have a hard time reading for a long time independently, so these audio-books help give my students a little break from independent reading time. There are so many new non-fiction and fiction books that I can share with my students. My students are learning about new topics from the non-fiction books, and meeting new characters from the series fiction books. I really appreciate your donation, thank you!”

  • Osmo - A Hands-On Technology Experience for English Language Learners!

    Thank you for donating to my OSMO project. My kids absolutely love this technology! OSMO gives English Language Learners the opportunity to learn the alphabet letters and sounds. It makes learning English fun and easy! When my students use OSMO they have a great time doing so. They are always asking me if they can go on and use it each and every day. This project also funded an iPad. One of my students who just moved from Yemen, uses this iPad almost every day. He gets to use a program called StarFall to help him learn the alphabet quickly. He loves using it!

  • Listening to Become Better Readers!

    This listening center is allowing students to listen to their reading books. It is allowing them to follow along to a book while they are being read to. This technology is helping my students move up reading levels and gaining the reading skills that they lack. Most of my students are below reading level and this is giving them the opportunity to get on a grade level with some of their peers. Every day during reading, my students ask me if they can go on the listening center and listen to a book. This makes me extremely happy because they are excited about reading. They smile while they are reading and listening. It is a really great experience for them! I have purchased so many books for them to listen to. It is so great that I can fit 8 students at a time on this. It makes grouping students much more easier to do. I appreciate your donation, thank you very much.”
