  • Daring Ducks Rule!

    Funded Mar 29, 2023

Thank you so much for donating to my class. It makes me happy to know that people are still kind and caring. Teaching is definitely a labor of love and teachers have to think outside the box to keep the students engaged. One way I get my students motivated is with our ducks. We will use the ducks to stay motivated and engaged in school.”

  • Reading Rocks!

    Funded Mar 3, 2020

I appreciate the kindness that bestowed to my students by giving them the chance to read. My students enjoyed reading the tales and it has given a few of them the desire to learn further more about the scientific topics. As a result, some of them will be doing a summer research project to learn more about the topic. This was an unexcepted, but pleasant surprise. Thank you helping motivate them to read something that is out of their comfort zone. By having this drive, my students will increase their fluency and continue to challenge themselves. Thanks again for generous gift to their continued learning.”

  • Recreation Build Time

    Funded Apr 9, 2020

Thank you for giving my students an opportunity to explore the wonderful world of video games. Not only are my students engaged, they are starting to put forth effort in double checking their work to get extra time to play. The students were totally engaged with the hands on aspect of the arcade. The building of the machine actually helped many students bond and it gave them a spark of confidence in each other's work. The lesson of teamwork was clear and that collaboration was wonderful. Thank you for your gift. My students and I greatly appreciate it.”
